A Mission Rooted in Expertise and Advocacy
Triad Psych’s founder, Dave Glick, EdM, LCSW, CEAP, began his career in the Office of Disability Services at Boston University, where he developed a deep expertise in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504, and the determination of reasonable accommodations in diverse environments—not just academic, but also in workplaces, law enforcement, and community organizations. As well Dave was party to the lawsuit Guckenberger vs. Boston University, a critical and landmark case highlighting the plight of learning-disabled students in colleges and universities.

Dave holds an EdM in Special Education with a specialization in Learning and Behavioral Disabilities, complemented by a Master of Social Work, both from Boston University. As well he is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (CASDCS) with over 30 years’ experience. This foundation enables Triad Psych to provide disability services that are practical, compassionate, and legally grounded, ensuring that clients receive support tailored to their environments and goals.
