Hello! My name is Shalanda Williams and I am a Christian Counselor. I enjoy helping others through some of life’s most challenging transitions: career transitions, getting married, marital conflict, living life after loss of loved ones, overcoming childhood trauma, working through familial conflict, and overcoming addictions. Through honesty, openness, transparency and collaboration, I partner with my clients to help them fight – and win – some of life’s toughest battles.
As a Christian Counselor, I specialize in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I aim to create a safe atmosphere where Clients feel safe to explore their problems, expose the root cause(s), learn to address the root cause(s) in a healthy manner, and move forward, having achieved the desired change.
Although life can knock you down, you are a worthy opponent. If you are ready to equip yourself with the necessary tools to walk in victory as an overcomer, I encourage you to reach out today. Help is simply a phone call away.
