I work with clients of all ages who are navigating grief, loss, major life transitions, traumatic brain injury recovery, or the lived experience of chronic illness. Whether it’s a child adjusting to a new school, a young adult stepping into independence, or someone coping with a critical health challenge, life doesn’t come with a roadmap—and sometimes we need extra support to find our direction. My role is to walk alongside you and help bridge the gap between where you are now and where you hope to be.
My specialties include working with children, young adults, individuals with intellectual or developmental differences, those who are neurodiverse, and those facing chronic illness, complex medical conditions, traumatic brain injury, or hospice and end-of-life care. I’m comfortable supporting even the most intricate and demanding situations. My approach is direct yet compassionate, with a strong focus on helping you process life’s transitions—whether they bring joy, pain, uncertainty, or new identity.
You don’t have to go through this alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you move forward, build resilience, and construct the life you want—even in the face of life’s hardest challenges.
