LMSW, MHA

I work with clients of all ages who are facing grief, loss, or life transitions. This may be a child adjusting to a new school, a young adult stepping into independence, or someone coping with major change or loss. Life doesn’t come with a roadmap, and sometimes we need extra support to find our way. My role is to walk alongside you and help bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

My specialties include working with children, young adults, individuals with intellectual or developmental differences, those who are neurodiverse, and people navigating critical illness or hospice care. I’m comfortable working with even the most complex situations. My approach is direct, compassionate, and focused on helping you process life’s transitions—whether they bring joy, pain, or uncertainty.

You don’t have to go through this alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll create an individualized plan to help you move forward and build the life you want, even in the face of life’s hardest challenges.
