Navigating challenges and cultivating change as a team is my goal. I aim to help clients discover, embrace, and empower themselves in their lives through cognitive behavioral therapy and solution based therapy. I obtained a Bachelor Degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Georgia in 2017. I then received my Master of Social Work Degree from Georgia State University in 2023. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults that have experienced traumatic events. I have extensive experience in working with children and adolescents in the foster care system including foster care adoptions.

I also help my clients with family and peer relationships, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. In addition, I have experience as a parent coach and leading family intervention meetings.

My experience has taught me to meet people where they are at in their journey. Working through the therapy process collaboratively is important to achieve the desired outcome. As a licensed social worker, I will provide a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that is tailored to the client’s needs.
