As a dedicated mental health therapist with over a decade of experience, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective support to individuals of all backgrounds. I specialize in working with diverse populations, ranging from children to adults, who are navigating through various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, trauma, psychosis, substance use disorder, and more. I tailor my methods to suit each client’s unique needs and preferences, helping them navigate their challenges and work towards personal and professional growth.

One of my core passions is to break the stigma surrounding mental health in BIPOC communities. I am dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space where individuals from these communities can feel heard, valued, and empowered. My approach to therapy is multifaceted, drawing from a range of evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities.
