I am a clinical social worker specializing in substance use disorders, domestic violence, trauma, Autism/Neurodiversity, ADHD, anxiety and depression. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ populations, empowering individuals to overcome addiction, heal from trauma, learn to overcome anxiety and depression and build healthy relationships.
I leverage effective therapeutic techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Behavior Therapy, and other techniques to help you get better and discover a new sense of self.
I am a certified mental performance coach. A mental performance coach is a professional who helps individuals, such as athletes, performers, and professionals, improve their mental skills and abilities to enhance their performance. They work closely with their clients to identify and address any mental barriers or challenges that may be hindering their performance.
