Hello and welcome to the first step of an amazing journey that we can embark on together in order to create the positive changes in your life. As a Licensed Master Social Worker and a solution focused therapist, I provide a safe and nurturing environment where you will always feel able to express your true self while simultaneously addressing and overcoming difficulties in a comprehensive and effective manner.

I received my Masters in social work from Kennesaw State University in 2018 and have extensive experience working with children and adolescents in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I specialize in helping my clients with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Furthermore, I help my clients with coping skills, anger management, peer relationships, stress, trauma, and PTSD.

It is from my experience, that approaching therapy as a collaborative processes the most effective method. This process includes assessment, planning, facilitation, progress monitoring, and maintenance. I want you to feel as though your voice is always heard and that you have an active role throughout this process.
